1) Promoter

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all competitions operated by Centurion Competitions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Promoter”).

2) Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By entering any competition on our website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any competition-specific information shown on the relevant competition page (“Competition Details”).
 2.2. If there is any conflict between these T&Cs and the Competition Details, the Competition Details will take priority.

3) Eligibility

3.1. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3.2. You must have a valid UK address and provide accurate contact details.
3.3. Employees, agents, contractors of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.4. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address before awarding a prize.

4) How to Enter (Online Paid Entry)

4.1. Entries can be made via the Site by selecting the competition and purchasing entries.
 4.2. Entry prices, maximum entries (if applicable), closing dates and draw dates will be displayed on each competition page.
 4.3. All online entries must be received before the competition closing date/time stated on the competition page.
 4.4. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any entry at our reasonable discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5) Free Postal Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

5.1. A free entry route is available for all competitions and is charged only at the standard postal rate.
 5.2. To enter for free by post, you must send a handwritten postcard (no envelopes) to:

5.3. The postcard must clearly include:

  • The competition name/title
  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your full postal address
  • Your email address (must match the email used on your Site account if you have one)
  • Your telephone number
  • The answer to the competition question (where applicable)

5.4. Only one (1) free postal entry is permitted per person, per competition.
5.5. Postal entries must be received by us before the competition closing date/time shown on the competition page. We recommend allowing sufficient time for delivery.
5.6. Postal entries are treated the same as online entries and have an equal chance of winning.
5.7. Illegible, incomplete, copied, automated, bulk, or non-compliant entries will be rejected.

6) Skill-Based Question

6.1. Our competitions may require entrants to correctly answer a skill-based question before entry is accepted.
6.2. The purpose of this question is to ensure the competition is not purely a game of chance.
6.3. Where a question is required, entrants must answer correctly for their entry to be valid (including postal entries).
6.4. If an incorrect answer is submitted, the entry may be rejected and will not be included in the draw.

7) Competition Closing Dates & Changes

7.1. Each competition will have a clearly stated closing date/time on the competition page.
 7.2. We reserve the right to extend the closing date, change the draw date, or cancel a competition where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to) technical issues, fraud, system failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
 7.3. If a competition is cancelled, we will contact paid entrants and explain the outcome, including any refunds where applicable.

8) Winner Selection

8.1. Winners will be selected fairly using the method stated on the competition page (e.g., random draw).
 8.2. The draw will take place on the draw date/time stated on the competition page.
 8.3. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the outcome.

9) Winner Notification

9.1. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their account/entry (email and/or phone).
 9.2. We aim to contact winners within 24 hours of the draw taking place, however in some cases this may take up to 5 working days.
9.3. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
9.4. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails verification checks, or does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, we reserve the right to select a reserve winner.

10) Prize Details

10.1. Prize details are stated on the competition page. Images are for illustration purposes only unless stated otherwise.
 10.2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless we agree otherwise.
 10.3. We reserve the right to offer a cash alternative where stated on the competition page or at our discretion.
 10.4. We are not responsible for any additional costs associated with a prize unless explicitly stated (for example: insurance, travel, fuel, maintenance, running costs, etc.).

11) Prize Delivery & Payouts

11.1. Where the prize is cash, winners will be asked to provide payment details (Bank Transfer or PayPal).
 11.2. Where the prize is a physical item, delivery details will be arranged directly with the winner.
 11.3. We aim to process prizes promptly once winner verification is completed.
 11.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, banks, PayPal, or other providers.

12) Verification

12.1. We reserve the right to verify:

  • identity
  • age
  • address
  • payment details
  • entry validity

12.2. If a winner cannot provide valid proof when requested, we may withhold the prize and select a reserve winner.

13) Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

13.1. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • breaches these T&Cs
  • uses multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • uses automated systems, bots, or scripts
  • tampers with the Site
  • provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
     13.2. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or undermine the lawful operation of competitions may be reported to relevant authorities.

14) Refunds

14.1. Paid entries are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
 14.2. If we cancel a competition, we will confirm what happens to paid entries and whether refunds will be issued.

15) Publicity

15.1. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity (such as a winner photo, name, and county).
 15.2. Winners may request reduced publicity for privacy reasons, subject to our regulatory obligations.

16) Limitation of Liability

16.1. Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • any liability which cannot legally be limited

16.2. Subject to clause 16.1, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a competition or acceptance/use of any prize.

17) Website & Technical Issues

17.1. We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failures, device issues, or user error.
 17.2. We may suspend the Site for maintenance or updates without notice where necessary.

18) Data Protection

18.1. We will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
18.2. We use personal data to:

  • administer competitions
  • contact winners
  • prevent fraud
  • comply with legal obligations

19.3. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

20) Governing Law

20.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Mobile Terms of Service

The Centurion Competitions mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Centurion Competitions (“Centurion Competitions”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Centurion Competitions’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Centurion Competitions through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Centurion Competitions. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Centurion or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Centurion Competitions mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
